Nicol is a writer, reiki practitioner, and 200HR yoga instructor. After experiencing chronic illness in her early 20’s, Nicol sought yoga as a way to find healing. Today, it’s Nicol’s mission to honor and educate others about the roots of yoga, while empowering students to be their best selves on and off the mat. Her aim is to inspire all who take her classes to grow mentally, physically, and spiritually. You can definitely expect to push your body during Nicol’s asana class, but hopefully you’ll do so with laughter! When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find Nicol writing, exploring a new hiking trail, surfing, or strumming on her ukelele.
