Last Chance to Learn to Teach Aerial Yoga

Aerial training starts this Friday, October 20, 2023!

Last chance to sign up for our first ever Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, open to all. This training is led by our Lead Aerial Trainer, Sarena Celseti. Sarena is an E-RYT200 and Aerial Yoga Certified. She has been teaching aerial for seven years and has taught over a thousand classes.

We often get the question, do I have to have my 200 hour yoga teaching certification to take an aerial yoga training?

Aerial yoga is completely separate from an asana practice on the mat. You will learn an entirely new teaching style, as well as how to teach several different aerial formats including restorative aerial, special needs aerial, and keiki aerial. The training is designed for those who have no experience teaching and for those who are experienced yoga teachers.

TRAINING SCHEDULE
Fridays, 6:15 – 9:15PM (Kailua Studio)
Sundays, 12 – 7PM (Kailua Studio)

PRICING
Registration opens today and is $250 off for two weeks (until August 23).

Note, this is an intimate training limited to eight trainees.
