This year’s SoulFest is a celebration of movement, music, and community—bringing together inspiring teachers, uplifting experiences, and the vibrant energy that makes Yoga Under the Palms and our local music scene, so special. 

Experience SoulFest editions of your favorite Yoga Under the Palms signature classes—including Ride, The Mat, Feel Good Flow and The Flow—featuring live musicians and DJs alongside our incredible teachers and facilitators. Creative workshops, lectures, contrast therapy and meditation offer you different ways to move (and be still) throughout your day. With multiple classes occurring at the same time, you can curate your day however you would like. Join us for an unforgettable day.

2:00 PM

  • The Mat 50 w/ Live DJ — Led by Summer (Live DJ: Miss Lulu)
    • Experience the magic of this signature Yoga Under the Palms class set to a live DJ set with Miss Lulu. This 50-minute, non-heated, rhythm-based class blends classic core-focused movement with modern strength and sculpt techniques—all low impact, yet deeply effective. Moving to the beat of energizing music, you’ll use props like light dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and ankle weights to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your entire body without stressing your joints. Every movement is intentional and controlled, building deep core stability, enhancing posture, and improving overall mobility.
  • Karaoke Ride — Led by Brandy
    • A SoulFest twist on our signature Ride class, this karaoke-themed experience is all about letting loose, turning up the volume, and singing your heart out. Whether you’re hitting every note or just shouting the chorus with the room, expect a playlist of crowd favorites, big energy, and plenty of laughs as you ride together.
    • Beat-driven choreography, club lighting, and karaoke moments make this a one-of-a-kind cycling experience that’s as fun as it is challenging. This is a judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are, cheer each other on, and leave with a smile.
    • Wear socks. Cycling shoe rentals are available for $2.
  • Pranayama — Led by Emma
    • Pranayama is our signature breathwork class. Rooted in traditional pranayama practices, this class will slowly introduce powerful techniques and tools for calming the heart, opening the mind, and expanding consciousness. Pranayama is an ancient practice that requires time and patience. Through continuous attendance, your command of your prana, or life force energy, will increase and your experience will be heightened. Gentle movement is incorporated throughout class.
    • For SoulFest, this immersive experience will be enhanced with Silent Disco headphones, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in a thoughtfully curated musical journey that complements the rhythm of your breath. The combination of breath, movement, and music creates a deeply focused and meditative experience unlike any other.
    • Beginners are welcome.
  • Bollywood Dance — Led by Devi
    • Get ready to move, sweat, and have fun! This high-energy class blends the joy of Bollywood cardio dance with grounding yoga-inspired warm-ups and cool-downs. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to flow freely.
    • Led by Devi, a former competitive Bollywood dancer from childhood through her time on an award-winning college team, this class brings the spirit of celebration and rhythm to every step. Whether you’re dancing for the first time or just looking for a new way to move, you’ll leave feeling energized and empowered.
  • Contrast Therapy (Sauna + Cold Plunge)

  • Feel Good Flow w/ Live Music — Led by Heather (Live Music: Kelsea Armstrong)
    • A slow, feel good flow set to a soulful acoustic set from Kelsea Armstrong. This practice offers an opportunity to slow down, connect with your breath, and settle into the present moment. The slow pace and gentle movements make this a great class to reset before or after taking some of the more physically demanding classes of the day.
    • This class will be led alongside an acoustic set by Kelsea Armstrong singing acoustic versions of your favorite local songs.
  • Rocket Yoga — Led by Brandy
    • Rocket Yoga is an energetic, Ashtanga-inspired practice that blends strength, flexibility, balance, and play. Expect a flowing sequence filled with creative transitions, opportunities to explore arm balances and inversions, and plenty of options to modify or advance your practice. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself or simply move with freedom, Rocket Yoga invites you to build confidence, have fun, and discover what’s possible. Some yoga experience is recommended.
    • The name “Rocket” came from Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead, who joked that the practice “gets you there faster.”
  • Reiki — Led by Emily O
    • This session is a combination of meditation, sound healing, and hands on reiki to support your body and mind, slow down, and recalibrate. Guided meditation and immersive sound create space for stillness while reiki is offered individually throughout to encourage energetic release and balance. Come rest, reset and reconnect with yourself.
  • Listening Beyond Symptoms Workshop — Led by Dr. Gil
    • Your body has been trying to tell you something. In this one-hour workshop, Dr. Gil guides you through a somatic and psychological framework for understanding what chronic symptoms and recurring patterns are actually communicating. You will leave with one question that changes how you relate to what your body and mind have been doing — and why.

  • Dub Flow — Led by Summer (Live DJ: Miss Lulu)
    • A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow set to the uplifting sounds of Miss Lulu. This is a ganja-friendly gathering—feel free to bring your own CBD or medical cannabis, or simply come as you are and enjoy the experience without it.
    • The blend of reggae, cannabis and yoga is rooted in people coming together just as they are, to have fun, let go, and to recognize the power of love and unity for ourselves and all beings. the flow is designed to relax the body, while the music lifts the spirit—creating a shared energy of love, unity, and good vibes for ourselves and all beings.
  • Astrology of the Body — Led by Maia
    • Join Maia for an astrology workshop where we’ll explore how each zodiac sign is connected to a different part of the body. Together we’ll connect astrology with guided meditation, body awareness, and simple movements to better understand your physical self. You’ll leave with astrological tools to continue connecting with your body.
  • Gua Sha Workshop — Led by Diana Ho
    • Learn the art of facial Gua Sha in this hands-on workshop led by Dr. Diana Ho of Moongate Acupuncture. Discover how this gentle technique can help release facial tension, support healthy circulation and lymphatic drainage, and leave your skin looking refreshed and radiant. Dr. Ho will guide you through a simple, effective facial Gua Sha routine that you can easily continue at home. All supplies are included.
  • Mindful Mocktail Workshop — Led by Taylor
    • Join Taylor for Mindful Mixology, a sensory yoga experience that blends the art of movement with the joy of creative mocktail making. In this playful and intentional workshop, you’ll be guided through a yoga flow that mirrors the energy, ingredients, and intention behind three handcrafted mocktails.
    • Each mocktail is paired with a specific yoga sequence designed to embody its mood—refreshing, grounded & uplifting. As you sip and stretch, you’ll learn how to mindfully taste, move, and tune in to your senses. This experience is for anyone looking to flow with flavor, connect with community, and celebrate summer in a soulful way.

  • Sound Meditation— Led by Maia
    • Our final block is an opportunity to embrace stillness and immerse yourself in the healing power of sound meditation. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a gong, and other healing instruments, this experience is to support relaxation, energetic release, and reconnection with yourself. No experience is needed, come as you are. It’s your time to receive and just be.
  • Silent Disco Yoga Nidra — Led by Shannon
    • Yoga Nidrā is a practice of deep nourishment for your mind and nervous system. You will be given a pair of high-quality, noise-canceling headphones to create an intimate experience as you are guided through an engaging exploration of the senses. This practice facilitates your body’s natural ability for recovery, leaving you feeling centered and calmly resilient.
    • You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own cozies: fuzzy socks, soft blanket, eye pillow, and anything else that will support your comfort during this exquisite session.
  • Restorative Aerial Sound Meditation — Led by Sarena
    • A restorative yoga practice using the support of the aerial hammock. The hammocks are set up close to the ground to gently support your body.
    • The intention is not to get into difficult or challenging poses, but to gently guide the body toward greater flexibility and relief from muscular tension. Throughout the practice, you’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, whose resonant vibrations create a deeply calming atmosphere that encourages relaxation, stillness, and a profound sense of ease.
    • This is the perfect way to end your day at SoulFest. Whether you’ve spent the day flowing, dancing, riding, or simply soaking it all in, this gentle practice offers your body a chance to unwind and restore, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply relaxed.
