Restore

Relax and unwind in this gentle practice that is a combination of Yin and restorative yoga. Restore is a gentle, slow-paced experience that aims to promote relaxation through stillness, breath and support.

The majority of the poses are reclined and poses are held for several minutes using the support of bolsters, blocks and straps.  The use of yoga props in this class softens the intensity of the poses and offers a relaxing, meditative experience.

This class is set to soft music and the instructor may offer hand on support to help you get comfortable in each pose.

Great for beginners.

HIIT

HIIT is a High-Intensity Interval Training class that combines circuit-based exercises with energizing music, making the session engaging and invigorating. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers options to incorporate weights or alternate between high- and low-impact movements.

Designed to elevate your heart rate while building strength and endurance, HIIT emphasizes continuous movement and provides modifications to suit your fitness level each class. Beyond just a workout, this class teaches you how to adapt and challenge your body at various intensity levels, aiming to enhance strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility—both on and off the mat.

This workout empowers participants, leaving them feeling stronger, more capable, and ready to take on anything. Beginners are welcome.

The Mat 50

Go beyond the basics with The Mat 50 – our take on Mat Pilates. This 50-minute, non-heated, rhythm-based class blends classic core-focused movement with modern strength and sculpt techniques—all low impact, yet deeply effective. Moving to the beat of energizing music, you’ll use props like light dumbbells, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and ankle weights to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your entire body without stressing your joints. Every movement is intentional and controlled, building deep core stability, enhancing posture, and improving overall mobility.

Expect a mindful, (loud) music-driven practice that strengthens and sculpts from the inside out—leaving you grounded, powerful, and recharged.

Parents must remain on the premises for the entire duration of class.
