Bio
Aloha, my name is Kamalei Ah Chong and I am the embodiment of Omni Sounds. Ever since I was a little boy, music fascinated me and I was always curious to learn more. Being born and raised in Hawai'i nei, it was only natural that the first instrument I pick up was the 'ukulele. This connection to the 'ukulele sparked a remembrance of my natural gifts and love for playing music.
From then on, I taught myself how to play an array of instruments from the guitar to the didgeridoo, alchemizing both the ancient and modern/digital sounds into one big symphony. Just as I would a new found friend, I cultivate a deep relationship with each instrument, knowing they have their own essence and wisdom to share. I found playing music to be sort of a meditation for me, one that constantly allows space for deep connection and contemplation.
This ever evolving remembrance continues to blossom in my life and reminds me everyday just how important our connection to all life around us, seen and unseen, play an integral role in our conscious evolution here on Earth. The beauty about sound is that it does not require any language to interpret it's meaning. I believe I am just a messenger and a clear channel for Source to come through as sound vibration. I look forward to meeting you and being of service in any way possible.
