JUST ADDED! VINYASA FLOW + SCULPT

We recently expanded our class offering to include Vinyasa Flow + Sculpt!  This class combines a vinyasa style flow with low impact weight training and bursts of cardio.  Unlike other Yoga Sculpt classes, this class is deeply rooted in yoga.  We flow though about 25 minutes of vinyasa style yoga followed by 20 minutes of yoga with weights and cardio.  […]
